Annual Meeting and Election of Officers

Notice is hereby given to the voters of Vasa Township that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the Vasa Town Hall, 15527 Norelius Rd, Welch, MN 55089.

In the event of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until Tuesday, March 18. If inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on March 18, they will be held on Wednesday, March 19.

The election poll hours will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., during which time the voters will elect one Supervisor for a 3-year term, one Treasurer for a 2-year term, and one Clerk for the remaining 1 year of the current term.

The Annual Meeting will begin at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be held after the Annual Meeting.
